Q. What types of products Dropvilla provide?
We have a wide range of products in many categories, we only choose the top-selling products for you that are high in demand. The price which we have mentioned on our portals are the only wholesale prices.
Q. What is Dropship?
Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where a store doesn’t keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, when a store sells a product, it purchases the item from a third party and has it shipped directly to the customer. As a result, the merchant never sees or handles the product.
Q. How Does Dropship Work?
When a seller sells the products on various platform and the product is shipped directly by the supplier without the seller coming in direct contact with the physical product, this process is known as Drop shipping and the seller is called Drop Shipper.
Steps of Dropshipping
- The Drop shipper posts/lists the products in their store which may be in a marketplace or their own website.
- Customer will place the order and pay them the amount asked by the Drop Shipper.
- Drop shipper will place the order to the supplier and pay the amount asked by the supplier
- Supplier will ship the product directly to the customer at given address by the drop shipper
Q. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Dropship?
Yes, it is mandatory to have a Registered Account with us. You will be able to place the order only if you are an account holder in Dropship. This account will also enable you to track all the details related to your orders, shipping, payment, notifications and much more.
Q. Do I need to buy the products before I sell them?
You’ll need minimal initial funds when you’re starting your own dropshipping business with Dropvilla. You don’t need to buy any products before selling them. Only after you get order and you get paid for the item you have listed on your site or a marketplace, you can place the order for the same item with us and pay us our discounted price.
Q. Can I sell your products on other websites like E-bay, Amazon, Google Base, etc?
Currently we do not supports Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Club Factory, First Cry, Hopscotch Marketplaces. We will soon Start these services. Whereas you can sell products on your own website, social medias, Shopmintra.com & Lilchamp.com.
Q. Shipping & Delivery Time
The distribution center of our products is in Mumbai & Jhansi. Once the order is confirmed and paid, the next day we initiate the order for dispatch process. However, the handling time for an order would be 3-5 working days. Dropvilla is working with multiple carrier partners to make sure that your customer receives their item safely and speedy and at most reasonable price. After dispatch, it may take maximum 7-15 days for delivery of order depending on customer’s postcode.

You will get access to all products.
Q. What are the Shipping Charges?
When you purchase from us we charge shipping to ship the products on the basis of the weight of the shipment. We are providing you the wholesale rate products so when you purchase in bulk so we don’t charge the shipping on the quantity, we only charge shipping only by weight. We always try to give the best and cheapest rates with fast delivery possible.
Q. What is Standard Returns & Replacement?
Customer can only return or exchange product it is defective, damaged or size issue. All issues have to be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product. In order to raise a replacement request, send us images or a short video clip (depending on the nature of issue) of the damaged product along with the original packaging in which the product was received by the customer, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse. It is recommended to please notify as early as possible and we shall do our best to help.
Q. How can I track an order?
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. The handling time for an order would be maximum 3-5 working days unless communicated otherwise.
Q. Do you ship to international address?
Currently, we only ship within India.
Q. Are there any minimum order amount requirements?
There is no minimum order requirement. You can order as little as one product at a time.
Q. Do you provide CSV Inventory files for bulk uploading?
Yes, we do provide CSV file for bulk uploading based on your category selected.
Q. Is there any option to add products automatically in my online store?
We also provide Woocommerce API integration to sync Dropvilla products with your online store.
Q. Who will bear the Return items costs?
Usually return costs are borne by the seller or the end customer. We follow the same.
Q. Who will bear the delivery cost?
You will be charged as standard shipping rates, if it is COD, you need to pay Rs.100 as COD Handling charges.
Q. Does Dropvilla provide COD or Prepay only?
Yes, we provide COD services to your customers. However, please be noted that we accept only pre-pay orders from you.
That is, if you get an order at COD, you’ll place order with Dropvilla in prepaid. We’ll deliver it in COD (at the retail price you sold) to your buyer and settle the entire amount to you once received from the courier company. There would not be any deductions.
Q. How long does it take to receive COD Settlements?
It can take upto 20 days to settle your COD orders. This is an industry norm for COD settlements.
Q. Incorrect Address
If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect, and if an address correction is requested, there will be no changes after the order is shipped.
Q. Is there any Dropvilla branding on the product or package?
No, there is no branding of Dropvilla anywhere on the product or the packages whatsoever. They’re completely white labelled.
Q. Can I claim input tax credit for the paid GST?
Yes, you can claim the paid GST as input tax credit by updating your GSTIN with Dropvilla.
