Why copper bottles?
Before you pour a glass of water from your tap, the water has been through a large treatment process in order to make it safe to drink. Most water filtration systems use chlorine and other chemicals to kill harmful germs. Whilst these treatments make the water safe for drinking, they also destroy the water’s vital life energy and shift its natural pH levels. The water tastes ‘dead’, it is not easily absorbed by our cells and is unsatisfying, leaving us wanting more. The Copper Luxury Water bottles recharge the vitality of your drinking water by ionizing, energizing, and balancing the pH; making the water ‘live’ again and leaving it tasting silky smooth.
Hydrate with Nature’s Luxury:
Water covers 90% of the earth’s surface, comprises 60% of our body’s composition and we spend the first 9 months of our existence in the womb immersed in it. It is essential for life, healing, energy, renewal, and refreshment. In its absence, we cannot exist! It transforms our lives in many ways. When we feel, see, hear taste and touch it, it feeds our bodies, minds, and souls. It can gently hold and protect, heal and soothe and yet also has the ability to energize, excite and rejuvenate. Being immersed in it brings relief and healing for exhausted minds and bodies. Whilst water is a great and sacred resource, tap water is often full of chlorine and in fact toxic to our bodies. The way in which we prepare and drink our water is critical for its power to be released.
Ayurveda Benefits:
Since ancient times, Ayurveda has advocated the benefits of drinking water from a copper vessel. Ayurveda states that when you store water in a copper vessel, it has the ability to balance all the three Doshas – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha in our body. This happens because the copper vessel positively charges the water, energizes it, and balances its pH; making the water ‘live’ again and leaving it tasting silky smooth. In India, this transformed, therapeutic water taken from copper vessels is called ‘Tamra Jal’.
Have you ever wondered why you still feel thirsty and fatigued even after drinking multiple glasses of water a day?

Scientific Benefits:
Scientifically speaking, when water is stored in a copper vessel for hours, very small quantities of copper get dissolved in this water. This process is called the “Oligodynamic Effect” and has the ability to destroy a wide range of harmful microbes, molds, fungi, etc. due to the toxic effect it has on living cells.
According to a 2012 study published in Journal of Health, Population, and Nutrition, storing contaminated water in copper for up to 16 hours at room temperature considerably reduces the presence of the harmful microbes, so much that the researchers inferred that “copper holds promise as a point-of-use solution for microbial purification of drinking water.
An additional study from the University of South Carolina researchers explored the purifying power of copper, finding that “Antimicrobial copper surfaces in intensive care units (ICU) kill 97% of bacteria that can cause hospital-acquired infections,” resulting in a 40% reduction in the risk of acquiring an infection. The research was done in a hospital ICU. The research found that the rooms with copper-surfaced objects had less than half the infection incidence than those rooms without copper.
